Quick answer
Projonexa follows six steps: submit your requirements, receive a scoped quote, approve milestones, development with progress updates, documentation and testing, then deployment and handover. Students and clients each have dedicated inquiry forms.
Step 1 — Share your requirements
Tell us your branch, timeline, and idea (students) or product vision, users, and features (clients). Use the dedicated inquiry form so we route you to the right team immediately.

Step 2 — Scoped quote and timeline
We map features to deliverables, estimate timeline, and share pricing transparently. No hidden scope creep — changes are discussed and documented before implementation.
Step 3 — Milestone-based development
Work proceeds in phases: architecture, core features, integrations, polish. You receive updates at each milestone so there are no surprises before submission or launch.
Step 4 — Documentation and quality checks
SRS, diagrams, reports, test cases, and user guides are produced in parallel with code. For students, this aligns with university evaluation criteria. For clients, this supports onboarding and maintenance.
Step 5 — Demo, viva, or UAT
Students get viva preparation support and demo rehearsal. Clients get user acceptance testing and feedback cycles before final sign-off.
Step 6 — Deployment and handover
Source code, credentials, deployment guides, and maintenance notes are handed over. You own what we build together.
